Itinerary
Start early from Pune to Morgaon (Moreshwar), the traditional starting point of the yatra.Proceed to Siddhatek (Siddhivinayak), famous for the right-trunk Ganesha idol.Visit Theur (Chintamani) in the evening. Overnight stay in Pune.
Travel toward the Raigad district to visit Mahad (Varadvinayak). Continue to Pali (Ballaleshwar), the only temple named after a devotee. Return to Pune for an overnight stay.
Head north to Lenyadri (Girijatmaj), located in a cave (requires climbing steps). Visit Ozar (Vighneshwar) nearby, known for its beautiful golden dome. Proceed to Ranjangaon (Mahaganapati) on your way back. Overnight stay in Pune.
According to Vidhivat (scripture-prescribed) tradition, the yatra is considered complete only after returning to the first temple, Morgaon, for a final darshan. After the final visit, depart from Pune for your onward journey.
