At Mauli Travel Destination, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our partner service providers (hotels, transport, airlines). Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

1. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to maulitraveldestination@gmail.com or through our customer support portal. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

• Visa processing fees.
• Flight tickets (subject to airline-specific cancellation policies).
• High Peak Season hotel reservations (e.g., Christmas, New Year).
• Special event tickets or entry fees already purchased.

4. Cancellation by Mauli Travel Destination

In rare cases, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient group size, we may cancel a tour. In such events:

• A full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
• Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future trip or an alternative itinerary.

5. Refund Process and Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during booking.
• Any bank charges or gateway fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the final amount.

6. Responsibility

Mauli Travel Destination is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by travelers due to cancellations (e.g., non-refundable flight bookings made independently).
