Itinerary
Arrive in Daman and check into your hotel. Spend your afternoon at Devka Beach for a relaxing walk. In the evening, visit the Mirasol Lake Garden for a peaceful environment and enjoy the local coastal atmosphere.
Explore the Portuguese history of Daman. Start at Moti Daman Fort and the adjacent Church of Bom Jesus. In the afternoon, head to Jampore Beach, which is excellent for swimming and water sports. End your day shopping for local handicrafts in the city markets.
The journey from Daman to Diu is long (approx. 350–400 km). Start early to enjoy the drive through the Gujarat coastline. Arrive in Diu by evening, check into your hotel, and enjoy a quiet dinner overlooking the sea.
Dedicate this day to the architectural gems of Diu. Start at the iconic Diu Fort for panoramic sea views. Move on to the surreal Naida Caves (a photographer's paradise) and the unique rock-cut Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, where the ocean waves wash over the Shivalingas.
Spend the morning at Nagoa Beach for water sports or relaxation. Visit the colonial St. Paul’s Church and the INS Khukri Memorial. Depending on your travel plans, depart from Diu Airport or the nearest railhead.
